It has been said that life is short , art is long. It is a priviledge to be a part of this longer than life, unique life supporting stream. I live my life painting. Visual artists have eyes to see and feel the reality in colours and lines. The play of colours, lines, lights and shadows gives ideas for paintings. So, using the wrong side of the brain we create art , give it a soul, make something new which will live forever. Every visual artist, be the painting figurative or abstract paints one´s own picture. Art giving me personally so much pleasure and great moments of happiness during the process makes my life good and me able to pass this over to a spectator, who is talented to see and understand and accept the present I have given. This is my way to give other people joy and happiness. It is very hard to to make another person happy, this I hope makes a little difference. For the artist, the process of making art is very important of course and makes one´s own life so full of all positive experiences and helps to survive the difficulties life has in store for us . Sharing good feelings and creating positive energy mekes the world a better place to live in.
