ABOUT

Marble is a metamorphic rock whose ancient crystals contain the history of Life and Humankind.

In my workshops in Carrara, Italy, I spend my time studying and experimenting with the technical aspects of sculpture, with respect and devotion for the shining stone.
My works bring out the qualities of the material, emphasizing the colour and shine, and following the veins that look like meandering lines of Time.
A whirlwind of imagination, dreams, feelings and visions sees the emergence of abstract, minimal and winding shapes, in a constant search for a pure, essential form inspired by the perfect geometry of Nature.
Visual beauty is born from the symmetry of parts that infuses balance, purity and mystery.
