My inspiration is Nature. I seek to live close to nature and the open sea.
I´m fascinated by the shifting colours that dance above the big boulders on
the shoreline, the sky wide open. I´m sensitive to the changes of light as
the rainclouds approach several miles away on the horizon. It´s what happens
between me and the motif that is important, the impression. The light
changes in a second and is never quite the same again. I use wide brushes
and large sheets of paper and let the water, pigments and emotions run!
